Cock-A-Doodle-Doo Even At Noon!
Need a hole in the wall spot that serves breakfast even when you wake up at noon? Check out Rooster Cafe, my favorite spot in Costa Mesa. My personal favorite? The Portuguese Scramble. My husband's fav? The Breakfast Burrito with bacon. Yum!Toodles.
